FEDERAL SIGNAL NAMES TWO NEW REGIONAL MANAGERS FOR ELGIN SWEEPER AND VACTOR MANUFACTURING BRANDS

ELGIN, Ill. (March 12, 2007) - - Federal Signal Environmental Solutions Group has appointed John Abramowski as Northwest regional sales manager, and Roger Himrod as Eastern regional sales manager, for Elgin Sweeper and Vactor Manufacturing. In these roles, Abramowski and Himrod will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer and partner relationships and expanding the presence of the Elgin and Vactor brands in these territories to ensure continued growth.

Abramowski has served in several capacities for the company, with areas of expertise in engineering and product development. Prior to joining the Environmental Solutions Group, he held positions at Aspen Aerials, Reach All and Boeing.

An employee of Federal Signal for more than 10 years, Himrod has also served in several capacities, with areas of expertise in manufacturing, customer support and sales management.
